How To Capture Your 1:1 Methodology Into A Self-Paced Course

TRUTH TIME: 𝙞𝙩'𝙨 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙖 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 1:1 𝙘𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙙𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙖 𝙨𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢.⁣

Most of my clients are in this exact boat. They're 1:1 coaches ready to hone in on their signature process and bundle it up into a powerful and engaging program that gets students the same results as their 1:1 services. ⁣

But coaches often don't anticipate one teensy little thing... how hard it is to objectively develop their signature methodology. ⁣

And you end up stuck. Or putting together an ineffective program. There are a few big reasons this happens:⁣

✨ You can't ask follow up questions in a course to customize how to guide individual people like you do when you're coaching. ⁣

✨ You may not have ever identified your process before. Or if you have, you may not have noticed that it's evolved over time!⁣

✨ You're so deep in your expertise that you don't realize all the small building blocks that your clients/students need to know so they can get results!⁣

So how can you work through this? ⁣

1. Define the specific transformation you want your students to achieve. Where do you want them to be at the end of the program? How are you defining their success?⁣

2. Develop your Signature Methodology with that transformation in mind. Know where they're starting from and work backwards to define the steps that they'll need to go through to get the results they want.⁣

3. Design content that engages students using storytelling, education best practices, and creates an experience that's a natural elevation of your brand.⁣

Creating a scalable program based around your signature methodology is a natural next step for you if you're a 1:1 coach wanting to have more impact than your time allows.⁣

Are you planning to build out your signature methodology this season? Tell me about it! ⁣
